Last-minute rumors have been floating around recently with regards to a notched MacBook Pro for 2021. At first, we were taken aback when we heard speculations. However, eventually, we convinced ourselves that Apple most likely is planning to finally bring Face ID to its laptop line. Unfortunately, that’s not the case here.

The source presses that Face ID on the M1X MacBook Pro will not make it to reality with Apple’s stern decision to stick to the Touch ID authentication system.

Now, this brings us to a conclusion that the screen bezels are going to be ultra-thin this year. So thin so that the front camera, True Tone, and other sensors are being grouped inside the new notch.

Yes, yes, It’s entirely possible for Apple to bring Face ID, no big deal but that’s saved for the future generations in typical Apple fashion.
