iOS 15 Public Beta 5 brings new Weather icon and more improvements

Apple released iOS 15 Beta 5 to public beta testers on Wednesday. The update brings a host of improvements, especially in the battery life department. Also, the general performance has been enhanced ever so slightly in the update. The official release notes are here.

The update weighs 911.3 MB on our 2020 iPhone SE. Apple has quietly tweaked the Weather app icon by adding depth to the same which reminds us of the macOS icons.

To update the beta software on your iPhone, go to Settings > General > Software Update. On that note, the official release of iOS 15 is nearing with an expected rollout to begin in September.
