Apple‘s popular voice assistant Siri has come up with quite a revelation today. According to the assistant, the Cupertino giant will host an event on April 20 of this year. This was first discovered by MacRumors where they asked Siri “When is the next Apple event?” and got the response as “The special event is on Tuesday, April 20, at Apple Park in Cupertino, CA. You can get all the details on Apple.com.”
We too woke our iPhone up and asked Siri “When is the Apple event” and got the same response in return. A tap on Go to Apple.com takes us to the Apple Events page where we get to see the recent launch events. The page also should display any upcoming events, however, as of writing this article, nothing about the April 20th event is detailed on the page. That said, the Apple WWDC 2021 is all set to take place on June 7.
It’s been quite a while we’ve been expecting Apple to host an event. Earlier rumors of a possible March event did not make it to reality, which increased the anticipation of an event likely this month. This upcoming pre-recorded virtual event at Apple Park in Cupertino, California may witness the launch of the long-rumored AirTags, the new 2021 iPad Pro with a Mini-LED display.
If this is all true, unless Siri’s trolling us, we may come across an official invite from Apple any moment. On that note, iOS 14.5 may release anytime considering the event is popping up in just a week from today.
